This handy took helps distress cardstock to create a textured edge. The same effect can be achieved using a scissor blade, but I find this tool to be safer and easier because the blades are recessed and the shape of the tool is easier to hold.

This tool does a great job at distressing the edges of paper and it looks nice. I appreciated the prompt shipping.
