Flowers were not delivered on the requested day to my friend. They were delivered the day after her birthday. Extremely disappointed with the service. I will not order again.

When I ordered the flowers and I put the required delivery date, the invoice from them did not show the delivery date, so when I sent out an email to their customer service, I never got a reply. Very poor customer service.
