The flowers I ordered and what I got was totally different. I understand when a flower is out of stock and the florist has to substitute. But the bouquet was completely different. I called the florist directly and they offered a 10% discount. Horrible service. Also it was for my mom’s 80th birthday and they delivered the flowers so late. She got them after 8pm in the evening. Will never use them again. And I will encourage others not to use them either.
