Dress: the material is soft and nice. The dress is flowy. The small is big on me. Gave a three as the seller was absent once she received funds and no-responsive on the delivery fiasco. We have options when we buy. Select someone who is present. Customer Service: zero as it is literally non-existent. I have yet to receive the item which was scheduled to deliver June 20. I contacted the seller to no avail.; to date I have yet to receive feedback. I contacted USPS myself to be informed the item was in Hawaii and I am in Texas. It was re-routed to Texas and shows delivered and it was not; hence, a second case has been opened. item: haven’t received so I must provide a rating of 1. Once received I can update accordingly.
