Wrong Tool

This tool does not fit the freewheel. It does not work. I asked support and they sent me a video to watch from Park Tool. Really? I have that tool already, and it does not work either. That’s why I bought a second one from ebikeling since the freewheel needs a proprietary tool. Maybe they don’t know that yet? Or maybe the freewheel they sold me was so poorly constructed it’s too far out of tolerance the tool doesn’t work. In either case, I’m not happy.
