Bag is good. Bat sleeve is not wide enough

Overall, happy with my purchase. This bag is big enough to carry pads, gloves, helmet and few other items. The bat sleeves outside are not wide enough to fit a thick bat. So that's why I am not giving it a 5 star. Also, the customer service from the store is fantastic and top notch. Helmet I ordered from the store got out of stock so Maryam from the store got in touch with me and told me that she will replace it with a similar size n quality helmet from SG. She also answered all my questions for shipping and did prompt follow ups. She is amazing! Overall, a nice experience!
