I needed a fire pit at very short notice for a family celebration. I contacted Parker & COOP by phone. I was advised that they would check their stock and get back to me, which they did. They found what I needed in their store and undertook to deliver the goods the following day, which they did and on time. Incredibly efficient and very pleasant people to deal with. The fire pit was just what we wanted.
