I haven't tried them out in the swamp yet. That's the ONLY reason why I gave them four stars. They are comfortable and water resistant.

Comfortable Boot

Myy to son loves these boots! He didn’t want another kind. This is his second pair. He’s flat footed and wears a 17/18 and he’s very comfortable with this style and this boot.
