Kate is a genius!

I went to high school with Kate (Katie back in the 80s). She is one of the most talented people I’ve ever met. Her writing is evocative making her cookbooks not only informative but a joy to read and her chocolates are truly divine. There’s nothing better. I buy her chocolates for all my special occasions.

Chocolate for Beginners Review

This is a Christmas gift for our foodie 13 year old granddaughter so the ultimate user has not seen it as yet. I reviewed most of the sections and was delighted to see clear directions and instructions with lots of pictures. Looks wonderful and I’m confidant she will enjoy very much.
