one problem

my cosmos oracle deck was pre-used, received the deck pre-shuffled and there are also a few cards that have damage on the edging. i dont recall the site stating anywhere that the decks may be used, forgive me if i overlooked this. however, i feel "ok" with my purchase. the other 2 decks came sealed. im happy with the shipping package as it did its job protecting the items, your items will be protected and i have confidence in that part for next time i purchase from tarotarts.
