Effective Loc Care for Dry Climates and Natural Hair Textures

I am in the process of starting my locs and chose this company because their products are specifically formulated for dry climates such as Utah. This factor was extremely important to me, as many hair care products do not adequately protect hair in arid environments. It is especially difficult to find products that maintain moisture and hair health for our hair texture in such conditions. Based on my experience so far, these products stand out for addressing those needs effectively.

I am one year in with my loc journey and wouldn't use any other products on my hair! Love the fragrance with its earthy tones. I start with the Clarifying & Moisturizing Shampoo which relieves my scalp of all itchiness and dirt. Then I use the Loc & Twist Moisturizer to re-twist my locs. When my locs have dried I add Growth oil to my scalp with a small paint brush dipping it in the oil and rub some on the palms of my hands and add it to the locs. On Saturdays I reapply the Growth Oil to my scalp and locs, then place a plastic shower cap over my locs for an hour or so. In-between washings, I sprits the Hydration Mist on my locs in the mornings before I go to work. These products are light, wholesome, and smell wonderful. My scalp is healthy and my hair continues to grow!
