Tried twice but the sizing is off

Went by the sizing chart and ordered accordingly but the size that I ordered was too big. Exchanged it for the next size down and that’s too big. I’m exchanging again because they use USPS and it takes too long for the exchange

My first Boston Scally cap is a good fit. It’s lightweight and good for hot weather.
