Absolutely great customer service. I didn’t realize the difference between the regular and the lite and ordered the wrong kind and they made me the ones I was supposed to order! This is a later review because I wanted to give them a good go before I shared thoughts. I’ve worn them multiple days all day to work them in and now they’re extremely comfortable! I will say, at the beginning, they were not. I got the right size according to the printout, however, because of the toe covering coming in just behind the bone of the big toe on my foot, it was digging in and made them not so comfy. It was more on one side than the other - so maybe size up in this style? Because they’re leather, they mold and shape as you wear them, so I’ve worn them down (and probably gotten used to some of the feeling anyway) the more I’ve worn them. But I do wish I’d gone up a size in this style for that reason. They’re a beautiful color and amazing quality. So I’ll definitely be buying more from them!!
