Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix, 5 lb

First purchase: review of packaging

Our first order arrived yesterday and I was surprised that there were no instructions on the package for making waffles instead of pancakes. I'll try the same mix, but I'm wondering whether any of you have observations about how it works with a Belgian waffler. Yes, I'll see for myself. but maybe there is helpful wisdom out there! Thanks in advance!

Good pancakes

Not really a pancake eater but my wife had these at a restaurant, they gave us the brand, found them on line at Prepared Pantry, I am now a pancake eater! Easy to prepare and quite good, plan to make waffles with the mix as well. Directions make it easy to decrease the amount you make to get a couple pancakes for each of us.
