I wish I had the option to choose another pair, not just have order canceled

The socks are beautiful, warm and comfortable. I received a pair as a gift. After wearing them i got online and ordered 7 pair, 2 bamboo and 5 merino. I was a little dissapointed when only 5 pair turned up. when I emailed I was told they have to refund one pair and would send the other. I wish you had given me the option of picking a different pair so I would still have my 7 pairs. To order one pair is expensive which is why I ordered 7 pairs.

Falling apart in less than 12hrs of wearing

Have worn 2 of my 4 pairs of socks that I bought and both have basically started to drop so much fluff and material that I’m basically leaving clumps in my shoes, on my furniture, bed etc. pretty poor quality for a so called merino sock. (And these aren’t my first pair of merino wool socks either). Pretty disappointed
