smaller shorter than expected

This is my second skirt of this style. I wear it to death. Would definitely love if it came in more colors but for now black goes with everything!

The overall design of the skirt is beautiful. However, the waist elastic is not the best. I can't tuck in the t-shirts or shirts firmly.
