I am really enjoying the changes I've been experiencing. I have so much more energy now. Womens Maca and Red Maca

At first I started with Womans Maca 1/2 teaspoon then up to 1 teaspoon within 1 week, found it was too fast, might be safer to start lower and slower to start with! Seems Ok to take at the same time as Synthetic hormones in view of maybe coming off the Synthetics!! I cut down to 1/4 tsp and have just started to add a little of the red as well. Only early days for me I'll be interested to see how it all goes!
