Outstanding support from the folks at The Seat Shop

The videos were really helpful in diagnosing whether the problem was in the seat bottom or back heater and also for the replacement procedure. Part was shipped out right away and when I thought I had the wrong part because the connectors didn't seem to match up, I actually received a phone call back from their tech department that got me straightened out. The part was correct, I was wrong. My bad. It's back together and working now. Great support from sales and service at The Seat Shop.
