Not a 32 Regular!

Ordered these in a set of 3, other 2 pairs delivered have been fine and are true to size, however the charcoal pair even though it states 32 on the label are more like a 36, unfortunately as return window only 14 days and I've been on holiday I won't be able to return, so I am a bit dissatisfied.
