Whole Ingredient Food for Puppies, Chicken

Great food, poor shipping

My puppy loves the food. She gets very excited at meal time! This would have been a five star review, but the food arrives in a half thawed state. It needs more dry ice in the insulated box. It is difficult and time consuming to get it refrozen without it clumping. Putting it in a single layer on a tray in the freezer and storing periodically works, but you have to have room for those in the freezer. At this price point, I shouldn’t have to do all that.
