These muffins are delicious! I used banana the first time and they were not overly sweet and paired fantastically with the protein creamer. I love how my teen daughter can grab one before school and she’s getting some valuable protein to help her get through her morning classes. I’m excited to try my next batch with pumpkin since it’s fall!!!
