After following all the preparation steps to clean the vehicle I applied the Armor Shield IX with fluid ease. It cured well and now repels water and dirt easily. I missed two spots and easily applied the coating once I noticed non covered areas. The company responded to my questions and they were so responsive and helpful. What a refreshing company to deal with. They actually responded to me quickly. I also appreciate their humor in the instructions and information pages on their website. I have osteoarthritis in my wrists, knees and SC but I was still able to clean and apply the ceramic coating. (plus 2 tylenol).
