Large Yucca Cane

The package had no labels on it the it contained a live plant or fragile or even a “this end up” on it. I had also ordered another plant that was wrapped in plastic that placed on top of the yucca, since no labels on it, I can assume they were tossed around. There was dirt in between the leaves (and all over the box). The plastic planter it was shoved into was slightly crushed and as it was so top heavy, wouldn’t stand straight. The other plant was a pitcher plant, the pitchers have started to wither and whether it was tossed into the hanging basket or the box was thrown around, it was a mess. I ordered a snake plant from them before and it is doing very well, if this had been my first order, I would have requested you come pick up the plants an issue me a refund. The yucca has been repotted and seems to be holding up for now
