Cute bag not best quality

The bag is nice but the quality is flimsy and I wish the handles were a little wider. I got bag on sale if I would Have paid full price I would Be very unhappy. That said customer service is great. One Of the bags came damaged and it got the replacement very quickly

Smaller than expected

It’s a nice bag, but the model photos made it look bigger than what it is. I expected a larger tote bag
