This is a great choice for women on the go who want to look great with minimal effort. The hair is lightweight and does not fray easily. I slept using a large sleep hat and it still looks great after a month of wear. I did not swim in it, but I did workout 3 - 4 times a week with zero issues. I received so many compliments on this hair. Installation was also very quick - about an hour and half. Takedown was also really easy.
