We also got the heart and found it much easier to retain the shape of that than this star. Easy to mess up the star shape. My 6yr olds certainly couldn’t do this by themselves. I found it difficult! I found the instructions were not clear enough. An online video helped but didn’t entirely match the included instructions. We needed more sandpaper than provided for this.
