Dried Pineapple

When I was in Maui and wanting a “healthier snack” I tried these and was hooked. I’m from CT and I could not find them here when I returned (glad I bought 3 extra for home). I have tried to find equivalent to no avail. These are the best refreshing “healthier” snack I’ve come across.

I bought the Dried Pineapple on our first trip to Maui. I chopped the pineapple with macadamia nuts and added them into one of my favorite cookie dough recipes. Then rolled in coconut, Best cookies ever!
