We're first time parents to a one month old boy, and these have been great to start off with cloth diapering! We have 10 of these and 10 of the regular microfleece newborn all in ones, and after a month we prefer these. Our baby leaks more frequently in the regular. These are easy to use, especially with the hook and loop closure. We used the rise setting to adjust when our baby was really little, and now have the diapers fully opened up. He'll probably wear these another 2-3 weeks (he's about 10 lbs now). We throw them in a plastic diaper pail with a pail liner, and with our stash of 20 we need to wash about once a day. We also use the Thirsties cotton doubler inserts overnight for more absorbency. We'll definitely be trying out Thirsties for our one size cloth diapers soon!
