This book is a really handy tool to have next to your coffee corner, detailing the steps to get a decent brew every time. Working from the "defaults" in this book really makes dialing in easy. Much of the content is also presented in video form on James's youtube channel, but who wants to watch a 20 minute vid before each brew? Highly recommended. The World Atlas of Coffee is a handy companion piece to this one.

Was an amazing read with a lot of useful information regarding different brewing methods. The Ice coffee section is one that was a great read as well, plan on using the chapter to learn more about ice coffee.
