The first belt I received had a broken snap. It was replaced quickly. However, I feel the basic belt is overpriced with the buckle that it has. So I a little disappointed with the purchase.

Wrote to your info email but havnt heard back in a week now. Went against my better judgment and followed your size guide to order a size larger than my waist because the “belts run small” and now I have a belt that is too big. When I ordered I also wrote in the order comments what my waist size was and put that I was only ordering up because of the size guide. Wanted to exchange for a smaller belt and tried to get a return label so I wouldn’t be stuck with more shipping costs for following your sites advice. Will just return though since I can’t get an answer on what size in your belts my waist would be or a return label to exchange with.
