CRYSTAL ROPE SANDAL

I ordered a 9, they shipped a 7. When I tried to return, in small print stated that the box had to be in perfect condition and shoes may not have any marks or scuffs. When I received, the box lid was torn a little and the shoes had scuff marks on bottom from someone trying on. I emailed the company to let them know I received the wrong size and I needed for an important event, they replied that there may be a restocking fee and shoes must be in perfect condition. I took pictures of item and box then emailed. They responded immediately to my request and issued a return shipping label. I then received an email for in store purchase once they received the shoes. I probably will never use the store credit and since lost the email for the store credit. I have emailed asking for the credit to be reissued and no response. I feel this may have been a rare instance, however, customer service is in need of review. The shoes are beautiful and the packaging is first class.
