Spun Iron Sauce Pot

Beautiful and functional

We’ve recently replaced our gas range with an induction and needed to replace our beloved copper sauce pot from France. This one was the closest in shape and it does not disappoint. It’s even more beautiful in person than the photos and is truly the perfect size and shape for soup or pasta. Absolutely love it! Spun iron has all of the lovely attributes of iron (non-stick if seasoned; even cooking) without the heavy weight. This pot is not flimsy by any stretch, but it’s not as heavy as cast iron one would be. The brass rivets on the handles are charming too.

Recommended as a lifetime investment by WSJ gift guide. Sure seems like this will be one. Nice addition to my kitchen.
