Boxwood Kitchen Knife

This is my third!

I love my Pallares Solsana knives. I bought my PS folding knife years ago and it’s performed so well I’ve stuck with this brand ever since. I love the curved blade of these new (to me) kitchen knives. I had the straight edge version for years but it *disappeared* during a recent kitchen remodel, and, for me, this one is more versatile. I don’t buy new things unless actually I need them, but I sure have my eye on the large size.

Pallares Solsona knife

I was given a gift of a Pallares Solsona knife a few years ago and finally decided to get another one in a larger size. These carbon steel blades stay sharp so much longer than steel blades, and are easier to get a nice sharp edge when they do get honed.
