Isopod Clean Up Crew

I was disappointed with my experience. My first tub arrived with mould, so I contacted customer service. They were easy to deal with and quickly organised a replacement, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement tub also arrived with mould, and some of the charcoal had a white liquid/residue on it. I've previously purchased isopod clean-up crews from Kellyville Pets without any issues, so this was unexpected and disappointing. While I can't fault how easily the replacement was organised, receiving two affected tubs in a row was frustrating. I hope the company investigates its quality control and storage processes to prevent this happening to other customers.
