From the minute i ordered the goods, they keep sending me updates regarding my order. Thier customer service is excellent! Unfortunately, the order got lost via royal mail but Salaam contacted me straightaway giving me the option for full refund or the item to be re-send. I opted for the item to be re-send and I received it 2 days after and I was also compensated with a 10% voucher to be used. Brilliant services. Will definitely be using them again. The Aisha doll was so beautiful and I hope my niece would love it.
