To begin, I must say that their product is truly remarkable. The quality is excellent, and the assembly and installation processes were straightforward. However, I am compelled to provide a 3-star rating due to a significant discrepancy between the stated lead time and the actual delivery time. The website clearly indicated a lead time of 3-4 weeks, yet it took almost 9 weeks for me to receive my order. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of proactive communication from the company regarding this delay. I had to repeatedly reach out to them to obtain any updates on the status of my order.
