100FT RBG Color Changing Rope Light With Controller

I like them and they work great! I wanted to order more but now I see there is a disclaimer that says when power is removed they do not keep their last state. I switch mine with a timer and they always come back on in the last state. Is this a different product now?

They made the situation, right thank you. I had a defective controller on my first set of lights and they sent me out the replacement controller. Thank you.
