Good to the teens and can go lower temps if wear thermals underneath- super bright for safety at work- my wife actually wore it while walking to a concert in the cold Chicago westher a d she got compliments on how bright it was and fun- but i wear it for work and it is comfortable andhood keeps your neck warm when not wearing it. Would definitely recommend it- we have 8 guys wearing them. 👍👍👍
