Thank you everyone for the great product and service.

For one it’s not directly KidRobot’s fault, it was delivered to the wrong address first(even though the correct address was inputted), checked the address that it was delivered to, and was told that it wasn’t sent to that location(yet the package tracking Info directed me to that location). Therefore I didn’t get notified of its location accurately, ultimately never receiving either packages.
