Branzino (European Sea Bass)

Perfect branzinos

Got 6 of them. Just as described and expected. Equal size, well prepped and in great shape with good amount of meat on them.

and I thought Glacier 51 sea bass was good. . .

what I like about this is the it is fresh and so quick to cook -- you don't need to dress it up -- it is simply delicious -- and while I love Patagonia toothfish (Glacier 51), I have yet to use the two I purchased from you over a month ago because I'm going gaga over this Branzino -- oh yeah. . . I just got another order of 3 -- time to cook em. . .

Best branzino I’ve eaten in a very long time! Purchased them online and picked them up in-store, the process couldn’t have been simpler! Highly recommend!
