Poor craftsmanship

I bought this lunchbox for a vintage feel and because it was made in Ontario canada. I think the design is fantastic, however.. Upon receiving the lunchbox I feel that all of the rivets and bends are in the wrong places. The lid does not close nicely, I have to bend the entire lunchbox for it to close properly. The rivets and out of place, each bracket for the handle is off by about 3/8” and the latches are set at different heights I’m disappointed with the quality control of this product. The lunchbox does not even sit flush on a flat surface. I hope that my experience was a rare one but I don’t think I’d purchase again
