Love the products. I was having an issue with an itchy scalp with another expensive brand, but have not had that problem with Cardon.

Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Never have I purchased something as a “guest” and was set up with automated shipping! Who goes through shampoo and conditioner in a month?!
So when I received the surprise package, I had no way to view my auto ship setting ( that I didn’t select) because I didn’t have an account set up!
The point of checking out as a guest is so your payment information is not saved by the company, hence it was a one time purchase.
