Smoked Halibut Mousse

This was a gift for my dad, and he shared with my mom, who isn’t much of a smoke lover. He definitely prefers smoked fish on its own, but was very complimentary of this mousse. It sounds like a crowd pleaser! He said, “I really like this mousse and so did your mom. I put a Greek olive on most of my crackers with mousse. “It was lightly smoked and that’s why mom liked it (she never appreciated a strong smoked anything ). My sense of taste is not as good as hers. Thank you for sharing the good stuff with me, never heard of that. ”

Delicious Halibut

Having developed a taste for Halibut in Alaska, I ordered Halibut Mousse for the third time. It arrived rapidly, and still frozen.

Fabulous and came frozen!!!
