ORCHID LONG SLEEVE FLUTTER

Messaged twice over 3 days to get my package sent to me to begin with as it wasn’t shipped. Then when it arrived I was missing items. Messaged to ask where my missing items were, no response, messaged two more times over two more days to finally get a reply saying sorry and would send out the missing items, asked for tracking, no reply for two more days where I messaged constantly. Finally get a reply saying they’ve sent it now but by envelope with no tracking so I can’t even check the status or location of it. I just have to hope my missing items show up? The response time and the customer service has been so upsetting. I shouldn’t have had to message 10-20 times to find out where my order was and then again to find out where the missing items were. This hasn’t been a pleasant experience at all.

Love the colour it's amazing. Ordered size 5 hoping to get good wear but they're a small make. All the flutters ordered were different lengths none the same but all size 5. The flutter itself I found very tight fitting no room to move skin tight. My daughter is size 3 short sleeves, 4 long sleeve flutters normally. So definitely recommend upsizing atleast 2 sizes
