it's was relatively easy to install. Some advice on best placement given having to get it comfortable with a helmet would be nice. I currently have it such that it hits the base of my head, is tipped down a bit. Seriously, just a padded bar rather them a scooped oval rest would likely work just fine, Or a curved padded bar but not the oval thing which doesn't work that well with a helmet IMHO. Last ride I had it on the the wire/adjusting part of my helmet below the shell itself and that worked well enough.

Easy installation and makes riding even more comfortable!
