Great device but sensitive

When plugging in your new Thunderbolt, if the USB ports do not work, you have to go to the Thunderbolt Control Station that should be installed on your laptop and choose to allow this device always. Once you choose that, everything works perfectly! Not even Dell Support knows that!

Would not work with Dell 9710 despite everything I tried, so will be returning it. My Dell became quite warm with it connected as pass thru power(180 W). Also, things became erratic, including 2 external monitors going blank randomly.
