Very pretty boots, but seem to have defects

The heel on one of my boots has started separating, which was pretty unexpected. I only wear them as an office shoe, so I was expecting them to hold together better. But overall, I like my pair! They're really pretty, and they seem to be good quality aside from the issue with the heel. Took a few days to break in, but are now good and comfy while still being sturdy.

Sizing - Same as average shoes. No need to size up or down. Break-in period - 1 day. On Waxy Commander - Interesting texture, waterproof. Hardier than smooth leather.

My wife was jealous of all my Diesel boots so I got her a pair too, she loves them!
