Great product - 14 day wait?

My dog is ferociously chewing on his bullibone I write this! He is a Maltese- the size is perfect and he holds it perfectly. BUT - 2 weeks to receive them? My first order shipped and was received within 2 days….maybe a supply problem this time? Just a tad disappointed in service- but not the product.
