Not my first Henson

This is my third Henson Razor. I have a travel one, one that lives in my main home and one that lives in my secondary home. As I’ve stated in a previous review I love the simplicity and efficiency of this razor. It’s not necessarily the best for women’s curvier areas but it works. For legs and underarms it works very well and I won’t ever go back to overpriced vanilla scented multi blades. Gentle on the skin, easy to manoeuvre, and the blades are extremely cost effective and easy to keep clean.

I like it but think I would like a better blade. Ive read the Henson blade isnt the best but there are good blades that fit. I feel like I have to work harder for a good clean and close shave with the Henson than my last cheapo razor. Also if I dont change the blade every shave the razor pulls my hair and causes bumps. I hope a better blade makes the expensive razor worth the investment.

I’ve used a cartridge razor for like 40 years and was kind of worried about switching to a safety razor because I figured I’d cut myself more and potentially get a worse shave. Big Razor lied to me I was tentative with the first few shaves and they weren’t as good. But within a week everything was comfortable and the shave was just as good as it had been. I ain’t going back. Very happy with the purchase
