I’ve tried everything from expensive electric shavers, ‘premium’ wet razors with 5 blades and gel pads for sensitive skin and turns out what they’re all missing is deep analysis of the micro-mechanics of what’s going on when you drag blades across the skin to cut hair. Henson have done all the analysis and then just tweaked each aspect of razor design one by one, solving every problem with proper engineering process. The result: a machine so finely tuned to its purpose that no aspect of its design has strayed from its function. I honestly can’t see any reason to ever needing to replace it and with the cost of blades at just a few pennies, it’ll more than pay for itself a year or two. What’s not to love?

Not the razor for me, but excellent quality and customer service

Not sure if it was the blades that I bought from Henson (the 100pack), but I really wasn't a fan of the shave itself. I relayed this to them and they refunded me the money spent on the razor. I would have loved to use this, but I've just become accustomed to disposable razors. I'd recommend this for someone knowing what they're getting into with these types of razors - and if the blade was truly the issue then I'd suggest selling something better.

Works well

The razor is great, no more razor burn. Very glad I bought it. Disappointed in the sales, wanted to order a package as a gift, would not allow a colour other than silver. I would have paid more but they refused.
